Ear was blocked with wax, made an appointment and got seen by the lovely Raspal. She was very friendly and had put me to ease as I was nervous about having the procedure done. I wasn’t able to hear due to blocked ear wax and after the procedure was able to hear again!

I had read about this ear clinic recently so when my ear became blocked and not wanting to have to wait an eternity to get an appointment with my GP I contacted Jason’s clinic and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment as he’s not based in Ealing everyday as he has other clinics elsewhere. He explained the whole procedure and all I can say is AMAZING. Within no time my ear was unblocked …. instant relief and a completely painless procedure. I would NEVER go back to syringing. Microsuction is far more efficient and really does the job. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would not hesitate to return to him in the future . He’s a true professional and knows his stuff. Thank you Jason for performing your magic and allowing me to hear properly again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Jason Levy yesterday and receiving micro suction , for an exasperating condition which had left me feeling frustrated, desperate, and quite frankly as though I had reached the end of my tether. For several weeks, sleep depravation, dizziness and seriously impaired hearing were pretty much the norm and the thought of facing an exceptionally long waiting time to see an NHS surgeon, to remove large amounts of impacted wax, was enough to drive me over the edge. After 30 minutes with Jason, I am pleased to say that my hearing is fully restored and a spring has returned to my step! The clinic was clean, well organised and Jason’s customer care exceptional. I was at ease the moment I walked in, and his friendly yet professional conduct I believe, makes him a credit to the industry. The procedure was comfortable and very quick. I highly recommend this service. Once again Thank you Jason. I feel that I am back in the land of the living :)

After suffering from impacted wax and having dizziness, ringing and loss of hearing for almost two weeks, I booked an appointment with Jason on the Friday for the following Monday and was given good advice over the phone regarding using drops beforehand to make the process easier. I met Jason at his Baker Street clinic. He was punctual, professional, friendly and set my nerves at ease. He was very thorough taking me through the procedure and checking for any health issues. He talked through the equipment and the cleanliness of it. The procedure itself didn’t take very long. Jason stopped when needed and discussed what he was doing throughout and showed me as he was working. I felt an instant relief when it was finished. It has been a life changing experience for me. Two weeks after the procedure, I am still euphoric and cannot believe the impact this has had on my life. I cannot thank Jason enough.
